These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and q555 governing your access to and use of the q555 platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, bonus programmes, and account facilities. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using q555 complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. q555 makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific jurisdiction.
Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms are not permitted to register or use q555. Registration by a self-excluded individual constitutes a breach of these Terms and q555 reserves the right to close the Account immediately.
Each individual may register and maintain only one q555 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. q555 employs technical and manual checks to detect duplicate Accounts. Duplicate Accounts will be closed, Bonus Funds forfeited, and Real Money Funds may be withheld pending investigation.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, your Pakistani mobile number, your date of birth, and your payment details. q555 may, at any time, request verification of the information provided. Provision of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q555 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. q555 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must notify q555 customer support immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your Account. q555 will take reasonable steps to secure the Account following such notification but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.
q555 recommends using a unique password of at least 10 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using passwords shared with any other service, including your JazzCash or EasyPaisa accounts.
q555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, and major Pakistani banking institutions including HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). q555 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply to each payment method and may vary. Current limits are published within the Account cashier section. q555 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. q555 will not process withdrawals to payment methods different from those used for deposits, except at its sole discretion following compliance review. q555 may delay or withhold withdrawals pending the outcome of ongoing investigations into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
All Account balances are maintained in PKR. q555 does not apply currency conversion fees for PKR-denominated transactions. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are outside q555's control and are your sole responsibility.
q555 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. q555 reserves the right to request documentation establishing the source of funds prior to processing withdrawals above specified thresholds. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction.
Promotional offers published on q555 are available to eligible Users who satisfy the specific eligibility criteria stated in the applicable promotion terms. q555 reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or restrict promotions at any time.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn as Real Money Funds. q555 calculates wagering requirements based on the original bonus amount unless otherwise stated.
The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in cancellation of Bonus Funds, forfeiture of associated winnings, and possible Account suspension:
Where a specific promotion's terms conflict with these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence with respect to that promotion only.
All Wagers confirmed by the q555 Platform are final and binding. By confirming a bet or initiating a game round, you accept the applicable odds, payout structure, and game rules in full. q555 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed Wagers except in cases of manifest error or technical malfunction.
q555 reserves the right to void any Wager that was accepted as a result of a manifest error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, payout rates, or game configuration errors. In such cases, any affected deposits will be returned to the User's Account balance. q555 will notify affected Users of any void decisions.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game or sports event, q555 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes. q555 will not be liable for losses arising from technical disruptions outside its reasonable control, including internet service interruptions on the User's side.
All slot games and RNG-based casino games on q555 operate using independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. q555 does not manipulate game outcomes. Certified RTP figures for each game are available within the game information panel.
Cricket, PSL, and other sports betting markets on q555 are governed by sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. These include event postponement policies, void bet conditions, and in-play settlement rules. Users are advised to review these rules before placing Wagers on any sporting event.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the q555 Platform. Engagement in prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Bonus Funds, and withholding of Real Money Funds pending investigation:
All content on the q555 Platform, including but not limited to the q555 name, logo, design, graphics, software, game content, text, and data, is the exclusive intellectual property of q555 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No User may reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any q555 content without express written permission from q555.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, q555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.
q555's total aggregate liability to any User for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount of Real Money Funds held in the User's Account at the time the relevant claim arose.
q555 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Users access the Platform entirely at their own risk.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Self-exclusion requests submitted to q555 are processed within 24 hours. Once self-exclusion is applied, the Account will be closed and promotional communications ceased immediately. Self-excluded Users attempting to re-register will be identified and removed from the Platform.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
